charitable relief first of necessitous members of the medical profession and their wives and families and the necessitous widows and families of deceased members of the medical profession and in special cases the parents or colateral relations of deceased members of the medical profession and secondly any other necessitous persons who although not members of the medical who although not members of the medical profession have been connected therewith and who in the opinion of the finance committee might be deserving objects and their wives and families and thirdly for purposes which are charitable in law and related to medicine or the medical profession.
