Objects:
(1) eleemosynary purposes. for the general benefit of the poor (for mode of application see the scheme). (2) payment of pensions. for poor persons of good character who have resided in the manor of cheddleton for not less than 10 years and who from age, ill-health, accident or infirmity are, wholly or in part unable to maintain themselves by their own exertions. (3) for any public uses and purposes in the manor of cheddleton provided that no more than one-third of the yearly income shall be applied in this manner.
