1) SUBJECT TO ANY FURTHER ORDER OR ORDERS OF THE COMMISSIONERS A FUND FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY REPAIR, IMPROVEMENT OR REBUILDING OF THE ALMSHOUSES. 2) A YEARLY SUM OF NOT LESS THAN ú520 OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE CREDIT OF AN ACCOUNT TO BE ENTITLED EXTRAORDINARY REPAIR FUND. 3) SUBJECT TO 1 AND 2 AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE OF THE CHARITY OF ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
