the trustees shall apply the income of the trust fund:(i) to promote temperance principles and to encourage the practice of total abstinence;(ii) to promote temperance by arranging or supporting the arrangement of lectures, meetings, competitions, and/or any other appropriate educational programs as will secure the welfare of young persons;(iii) to unite, through affiliation or representation, temperance societies and organisations for the purpose of furthering the objects of the charity;(iv) to combat the sale of intoxicating liquors by such means as may be advisable;(v) for such christian purposes as the trustees may from time to time direct.
