the object of the club shall be to provide education, physical and mental recreation and leisure-time occupation for the elderly and to pursue any objects which now are or hereafter shall be deemed by law to be of a charitable nature for the benefit of elderly people who are of limited means and live in the area known as hindley, and more particular within the boundries of the late urban district of hindley.
