1)income to be applied for the maintainence and repair of the almshouses.2)the almspeople shall be poor persons of good character who except in special cases to be approved by the commissioners are resident in the city of coventry.3)residuary income:shall apply the income of the hospital charity so far as requisite for the benefit of the almspeople and former almspeople of the hospital charity or any of them such manner as the trustees think fit from time to time and subject thereto otherwise for the relief in need in accordance with the provisions heretained contained.extra-care accommodation and facilities:to provide needy persons of good character,with preference in the almshouses of the charity who are in need of such in all or any of the following ways or insuch other ways as the trustees from time to time think fit:-a)by the appropriation and use of land and buildings belonging to the charity;b)by the erection,renovation or conversion of buildings on land belonging to the charity;c)by the aquisition of land to be settled upon trust for such use and the erection of suitable buildings thereon. 1)A YEARLY SUM OF ú3 FOR THE POOR OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF HOLY TRINITY THE BALANCE OF THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR RELIEF EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF COVENTRY WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. see individual constituents
