to apply the yearly income of the charity in manner following;- (a) as to 37.5 per cent. thereof in relieving poverty amongst beneficiaries, (b) as to 12.5 per cent.thereof in making payments to beneficiaries, who are resident in the beth holim and whose charges for such residence cannot be covered from other sources, (c) as to 25 per cent. thereof in advancing the education of beneficiaries' and (d) as to 25 per cent. thereof by payments to or for the benefit of beneficiaries for promoting study of the texts, documents and literature of judaism involving the rabbinic law by educationally qualified persons in institutions of higher rabbinic learning or at post-graduate level in universities.
