UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF A PUBLIC DRINKING FOUNTAIN IN BURGESS HILL. THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SUM OF Ãº96.99 IN OR TOWARDS DEFRAYING THE COST OF ERECTING THE DRINKING FOUNTAIN BELONGING TO THE CHARITY ON THE LAND TAKEN IN EXCHANGE AS AFORESAID. THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS DEFRAYING THE COST OF EQUIPPING AND MAINTAINING THE SAID LAND FOR USE FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY.
