Objects:
(1) grants for or towards the stipend of any rector, vicar or curate of the church of england in the ecclesiastical parishes of st. john the baptist, berkswell, and st. mary, temple balsall,as constituted on the 4th of june 1935 towards the cost of erecting and maintaining any new church or parsonage or of maintaining any existing church or parsonage of the church of england in the area of benefit or of extensions of any church of england church or towards the cost of erecting and maintaining any new church hall or of maintaining any existing church hall of the church of england in the area of benefit. (2) provision and maintenance of any recreation ground,open space, reading room,library and village hall for the use of the inhabitnants. (3) relief in need (for further details see clauses 22 and 23 of scheme of the 31st december 1970).
