(1) THE BENEFIT OF SUCH POOR PERSONS OF KIN TO THE FOUNDERS OF THAT CHARITY AND OF THE NAME OF MATSON AS THEY THINK FIT IN WEEKLY OR OTHER ALLOWANCES BUT SO THAT NO ONE RECIPIENT SHALL HAVE MORE THAN ú10 IN ANY ONE YEAR. (2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE SAID INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE SAME MAY BE APPLIED IN AUGMENTATION OF THE INCOME OF THE MUNICIPAL ALMSHOUSE CHARITIES OR THE PENSION CHARITIES. (1) provision of grants to poor widows of freemen of the former borough of dover.
