SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE PAYMENTS THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF HENBURY WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. PROVIDED THAT IN APPLYING NOT MORE THAN ú5 OF THE INCOME PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS WHO ATTEND DIVINE SERVICE IN THE PARISH CHURCH ON ASH WEDNESDAY.
