income shall be applied in making payments,under one or more of the following heads,for the benefit wither of the poor of the generally, or of such deserving and necessitors persons resident therein as such trustees select for this purpose, and in such way as they consider most advantageous to the recipients,and most conductive to the formation of provident habits:- i. subscriptions or donations in aid of the funds of-any provident club or society established in or near the intestested area for supply of coal,clothing, ot other necessaries ii. contribution towards-the provision of nurses for the sick in infirm;the cost ot the outfit on entering upon a trade of occupation, or into service, of any person under the age of 21 years iii.the supply of clothes, linen,bedding,fuel,tools,medical or other aid in sickness,food or other articles in kind provided that- (1) the local trustees may, during a period not exceeding three years from the date of this scheme,continue to make to the most deserving of the poor in the the gifts which have hitherto been made to them out of the funds of the charties; (2) the funds of the charities shall in no case be applies in relief of rates,taxes or other public funds or so that any individual or instution may become entitled to a periodical or recurrent benefit therefrom. iv the assistance of income shall be applied in making payments, under one or more of the following heads, for the benefit either of the poor of the rural parish of boston spa generally, or or such deserving and necessitous persons resident therein as such trustees select iii. the supply of clothes, linen, bedding, fuel, tools, medical or other aid in sickness, food or other articles in kind. provided that- (1) the trustees may, during a period not exceeding three years from the date of this scheme, continue to make to the most deserving of the poor in the rural parish of boston spa the gifts which have hitherto been made to them out of the funds of the charities; (2) the funds of the charities shall in no case be applied in relief of rates, taxes or other public funds, or so that any individual or institution may become entitled to a periodical or recurrent benefit therefrom. iv the assistance of the sick and infirm by - (a) the supply of special food and medicines, medical comforts, extra bedding, fuel and medical and surgical appliances;(b) the provision of domestic help; (c) the grant of money so as to enable the recipients to obtain such benefits as aforesaid or to defray the expenses of convalescence including the expense of obtaining domestic help during convalescence.
