Objects:
(1) relief in need of pensioners who have resided in the parish of stonham aspal for not less than 5 years; 2)the number of pensioners in any one year will be at the discretion of the trustees; 3) the value of the grant given shall be at the discretion of the trustees taking into account the degree of need of the pensioners and the amount of income available for donation; 4) if and in so far as the income cannot be applied for the purpose of relief in need they shall be applied as follows: one half of the residue to be donated to stonham aspal parochial church council and the other half to be donated to civil/public purposes within the parish of stonham aspal at the discretion of the trustees.
