(1) a sum not exceeding two guineas in keeping neatly in order the churchyard of the parish church of st. john the baptist in loughton: (2) in making provision for keeping in repair and maintaining the lych gate of the same churchyard with the inscriptions thereon carved; (3) one guinea to the clergyman for preaching a sermon; (4) residue to be distributed for the benefit of two or three aged and deserving poor persons of loughton st. john, being members of the anglican church, preferably on st. nicholas day.
