(3) THE ASSISTANCE OF PERSONS NOT UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE MEMBERS OF THE WITHAM, COLCHESTER, THAXTED OR COGGESHALL MONTHLY MEETING'S FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OR TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR OWN LIVING. PROVIDED THAT NOT MORE THAN ú15 PER YEAR SHALL BE PAID TO OR EXPENDED FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE PERSON.
