Objects:
(1) to pay the stone educational foundation two-fifths of the income; (2) to pay the parochial church council of the above-mentioned ecclesiastical parish of the blessed virgin mary, stone, one-fifth thereof to be applied in or towards the upkeep and repair of the parish church of the said ecclesiastical parish and the maintenance of the services therein; and (3) as to the remaining two-fifths thereof for the relief of need in accordance with the provisions hereinafter contained.
