1. paying pensions to pensioners who shall be poor persons either married couples or widows or single women who are aged or infirm and over 60 years of age. for details see clause 8 of scheme of 16th september 1955. 2. if the income is not required for the above it may be applied for relief in need. for details see scheme of 17th march 1971.
