Objects:
(1) the object of the charity is to promote any charitable purpose which furthers the cause of temperance and, subject thereto, all or any or the following purposes: (a) any purpose which will promote the religious or secular education of persons resident in the area of benefit;(b) any purpose which will promote the spiritual, moral or social welfare of poor persons resident in the area of benefit;(c) for meetings to promote any religious or charitable purpose; and(d) for such other charitable purposes as the ex officio trustee thinks fit; by the provisions and maintenance of a hall.(2) if the hall is sold, the trustees must apply the income of the charity in furthering the object.
