Objects:

"(a)to provide care for people with a history of mental illness or disorder (hereinafter called ""patients/clients"") by the giving of vocational training, education and support and the provision of recreational facilities. (b)to provide for patients/clients such work or occupation as may be suited to them whereby they may be enabled to regain their health, and to sell the produce of the labour of patients/clients. (c)to pay patients/clients such wages or remuneration for any work or occupation provided by the company on such scale and at such rates as the directors shall from time to time determine. (d)to grant money payments to, to make loans to, and to provide food, lodging and other relief and entertainment for necessitous patients/clients gratuitously by way of augmentation of wages or otherwise. (e)to provide for the instruction of patients/clients in any industrial art or trade or other mode of employment suited to them and also in reading, writing, music and other arts and recreations and any educational subject.
