the object of the charity shall be to relieve those persons suffering from ataxias. in furtherance e of this object, the charity shall: 1. raise and obtain funds for research into and treatment of friedreich's, cerebellar and other ataxias; 2. provide financial and other relief for sufferers from ataxia; 3. inform and educate professionals and the general public about ataxias; and generally 4. take such actions as will prevent the spread of ataxias, aid in the cure thereof and alleviate the lot of sufferers therefrom.
