the payment or provisions of such benefits, pensions, assistance, subscriptions, grants or other matters as are specified in clause a(2) hereof to or for the benefit of any persons who were members of the sick club on the 1st july 1912 or who (whether formerly members of the sick club or not) have already become or shall hereafter become members either of the state or the voluntary section of the provident society, provided such persons shall be employed at the willans works (formerly known as the victoria works), rugby, of the english electric company limited, at the time when the disablement, distress, sickness or other cause in respect of which benefits are payable shall occur or shall have been prior to such occurence in employment at the said works and shall not at any time after leaving such employment have entered any other employment.
