(beneficiaries means persons of either sex who have not attained the age of 25 years, who, in the opinion of the trustees are in need of financial assistance and who are resident in battersea. the making of awards and grants and other payments and gifts in kind for or for the benefit of older women and widows resident in the borough of battersea in order to assist them in any training which may be necessary or advisable in order to enable them to return to or fit themselves for gainful employment.
