to augment the income of the charity of samuel wordsworth (248493) applicable for the benefit of the poor. subject to payments for costs, charges and outgoings and to the payment of the shate of the income forming part of the endowment of the penistone grammar school foundation, trustees shall divide income into seventeen parts. five such parts for the general benefit of the poor of the ancient parish of penistone as the clause 25 (1) to (8) of scheme of 2 june 1959, and twelve parts to the vicar for (1) a sermon to be preached every suny morning in the parish church and (2) a sermon to be preached on 24 june in every year. by an order made by c.c. on 27 october 1903 under b of e act, 1899 it was determinded that eight twenty-fith parts of clear yearly income formed part of endowment of penistone school foundation.
