the purchase of bathchairs for the use of individuals and poor people in the parishes which are included in the beneficial area provided that such parishoners are not able to provide bathchairs themselves. if and in so far as in any one year the income cannot be applied in the manner aforesaid, the income may be applied for the benefit of invalids and poor persons in the parishes which are included in the beneficial area. the beneficial area being the following fifteen rural deaneries in the diocese of london namely bethnal green, finsbury, hackney and stoke newington, holborn, islington, poplar, shoreditch, stepney, fulham, hammersmith, enfield, st. pancras, tottenham, willesden and ealing.
