Objects:

if and when the parochial church council of the ecclesiastical parish of st. mary, cowes, undertake the improvement or rebuilding of the tower forming part of the fabric of the parish church of st. mary the trustees shall apply the endowments of the charity in paying to the council the costs of and incidental to the works of improvement or rebuilding. until the endowments have been wholly applied as above the trustees shall pay $20 per annum, or if the yearly income is less than $20, the whole of the yearly income to the official custodian for charities for an extraordinary repair fund. the residue, if any, shall be applied for ordinary repairs to the fabric of the said parish church.
