the trustees may at any time with the approval of the charity commissioners (when required by law) sell lease or otherwise deal with or dispose the premises or any part thereof at such price or rent and upon such conditions as they shall think fit and the monies and rent to arise from such sale, lease or other disposition after paying thereout the expenses incidental theretoincluding all other monies and investments held by the trustees shall be applied for such charitable purposes as the trustees shall think fit and in particular shall be transferred to the folklowing charities in the proportions specified namely hawstead all saints parish church of hawstead, suffolk (40 per cent) bradfield gospel hall of bradfield st george, suffolk (15 per cent) brockley baptist church of brockley, suffolk (15 per cent) and christ church of bury st emunds, suffolk, (15 per cent) to be used by those charities for the said purposes lawshall evangelical free church, lawshall, suffolk.
