1) PAYMENT TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF HURST THE AMOUNT OF ANY CHARGES LAWFULLY INCURRED BY THE COUNCIL IN MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH. 2) PAYMENT TO THE OFFICIAL TRUSTEES OF A YEARLY SUM OF ú1000 OR SUCH OTHER AMOUNTS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE HURST CHURCH EXTRAORDINARY REPAIR FUND. 3) IF IN ANY YEAR THE WHOLE OF THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IS NOT APPLIED UNDER THE TWO FOREGOING PROVISIONS PAYMENT MAY BE MADE OUT OF THE RESIDUE TO THE ADVANCING OF THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF HURST.
