subject to payment of the expenses aforesaid the trustees shall apply the income of the charity as follows: (1) as to not less than one quarter thereof in or towards th upkeep and repair of the fabric of st. michael and all angels church, peasenhall and the maintenance of the services therein; (2) as to not less than one quarter thereof for any charitable purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the parishes of peasenhall and sibton; (3) as to any residue thereof in accordance with the provisions of either of both of sub-clauses (1) and (2) of this clause at the discretion of the trustees.
