a. to promote the welfare of the aged and the other inhabitants in the area of the parishes of north ascot, south ascot, sunninghill, sunningdale and winkfield in any manner which now is or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable without distinction of sex or of political religious or other opinions by associating the local authorities voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effot to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of like for the aged and other inhabitants. b. to establish or to secure the establishment of a day centre for the aged and such other inhabitants as the trust shall determine.
