the maintenance and administration of the isle of scilly museum and the furtherance of the charitable and educational purposes for which that museum was established and the advancement of learning, scholarship and general education of the inhabitants of the isle of scilly and the general public. a) the provision and maintenance on the leasehold premises specified in the schedule hereto or any other suitable premises provided by the trustees in the isles of scilly of a museum for the exhibition to the public of a collection of specimens of the fine and useful arts, antiquity, ethnology, geology, archaeology, botany and natural history, particularly such specimens as are in any way related to the isle of scilly;b) the extension, enhancement, conservation and maintenance of the collection of specimens belonging to the charity;c) the provision of facilities for education relating to the said collection; andd) the promotion of research relating to the said collection and the publication of the results thereof.
