0ne-third of the net yearly income to be paid to the rector and churchwardens of childrey, and shall be applied by them in the promotion of religious instruction in accordance with the doctrines of the church of england by means of a sunday school of otherwise, for the benefit of children or young persons of the parish of childrey. the residue of the income to be applies for the benefit of persons of either sex who have not attained the age of 25 years resident in the beneficial area who are in need of financial assistance, (for further details see clause 22 of scheme).
