Objects:
(a) to relieve those persons who by reason of emotional stress psychological disorder poverty or illness are unable to lead normal lives and whose circumstances create or may breate tendencies towards offences such as baby battering, baby snatching, wife battering, shoplifting and truancy. (b) to relieve their families and dependants when in necessitous circumstances. (c) to further and promote the study of and research into the cause and prevention of the behaviour which leads to such offences and to publicize and disseminate the result of such research.
