"a) the provision of periodic lectures, which, if delivered, shall be called ""the dame juliet rhys-williams memorial lectures"" and which shall be delivered on one of the following subjects:- gynaecology, obstetrics, ante and post natal care, child care, infant health and welfare and such other kindred subjects as the trustees shall in their discretion think appropriate. b) the promotion of research on any one of the above subjects and the publication of papers, pamphlets and books on the said subjects. c) the advancement of teaching or study of techniques of research into the said subjects."
