to erect a sports pavilion and youth club and to construct a car park and access way to be used in conjunction therewith upon trust to hold such land for the benefit primarily of the inhabitants of the parish of bruton (but this shall not preclude the inhabitants of adjoining parishes if they should wish to participate) in such manner as the committee of management from time to time shall think fit except that such committee of management shall give priority to the requirements of the organisations referred to in the second schedule and in particular to the specific requirements of the youth club.
