(b) the advancement of education in any manner which is now or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable of persons desiring to practise the profession or chartered secretaries and administrators or any other recognised profession or to be qualified for professional or administrative posts in national public or local authorities and in commerce, industry and finance and to provide or contribute towards the provision of all requisite facilities in connection therewith.
