to promote the physical, mental and spiritual welfare of persons within the area of cambridgeshire who are suffering from burns or allied disorders by means of a) making grants of money for the purposes of building, equipping and establishing a special burns unit within the area of benefit. b) the provision of clothing or othereise rehabilitating such persons. c) arranging for such persons to be visited in hospital or other places where they are from time to time residing or undergoing treatment. d) arranging holidays for those that have need thereof.
