(d) extra comforts and facilities shall not be provided without the concurrence and prior knowedge of the matron or other person in direct supervision of the house. (e) entertainments and excursions shall be with the agreement of the person in charge of the house. (f) the friends shall have no part in the operation of mountford house and any friends receiving a complaint should notify the person in charge of the house.
