(a) the relief of poverty of members of the profession of actuaries or any other recognised profession those dependent upon them and in particular of members of the company and their dependants. (b) the advancement of education of persons desiring to practise the profession of actuaries or any other recognised profession or to be qualified for professional or administrative posts in national public or local authorities and in commerce industry and finance. (c) charitable research in the field of actuarial science. (d) to award to persons intending to practise the profession of actuaries or other recognised profession exhibitions at any educational establishemtn approved by the managing trustees. (e) to assist in their general or professional education persons of actuaries or any other recognised profession. (g) to establish and maintain facilities and services to assist and benefit persons who are endeavouring to qualify for the profession of actuaries or any other recognised profession.
