to apply the income for twenty-one years for certain charities listed in the 2nd schedule including any charitable organisation which is charitable according to the law of england and wales and regisered as such with the charity commission pursuant to the charities act 1960 and subject as aforesaid upon trust as to oth capital and income for such charities as may be nominated by the settlor during his lifetime or in hiss will and in default of such nomination to such of the charities mentioned in the 2nd schedule hereto as the bank shall in its absolute discretion think fit.
