to pay the income, nine tenths thereof, to the rainer foundation and as to the remaining one tenth thereof to the church of england council for social aid but so that if either of these institutions shall hereafter cease to exist the whole of such income shall be payable to the other, and in the event that both shall have ceased to exist, the trustees shall pay their income to such other charities having objects of a similar nature to the objects of either of the above-named institutions.
