Objects:
(a) the preservation, restoration, repair, improvement and ornamentation of the fabric of the church of st. bartholmew and all saints, wootton bassett, its contents and its grounds.(b) in the event of the church being made redundant or being permanently demolished or it otherwise becoming impossible or impractical to carry out the objects set out above, the carrying out of such other legally charitable purposes for the advancement of religion in the parish of wootton bassett as not less than two-thirds of the then current number of trustees (and not in any event less than three number) shall from time to time declare by a deed executed with their unanimous consent.
