Objects:

(1) to advance the relief and care of children who are from poor or broken homes, one parent families or who are orphans by the provision of or assisting in the provision of residential accommodation, and the making of arrangements for the fostering and adoption of such children; and (2) to relieve need, hardship and distress (both before and after the birth of their children) of parents who have or will have difficult in providing adequate care for their children.
