(a) the relief of poverty among tibetan refugees living in india particularly to support the noe tibetan children's home, salem house, herbertpur, dehra dun, india by rasing and supplying or paying money to or for the benefit of the home for the benefit of its residents. (b) to carry out such other charitable purpose for the relief of poverty as the trustees shall from time to time unanimously declare.
