to provide a christian home or homes for the training, employment occupation, sustenance, maintenance, care and social and religious teaching of people who are known to be mentally handicapped or disordered or who otherwise have difficulty in attaining, or are unable to attain a normal standard of education training and general ability and capacity by or through ordinary methods of education or training and who are in need of sheltered employment or occupation or other appropriate means.
