3.1 the objects for which the company is established are:-(a) to establish and carry on a school or college or schools or collegeswhere children, infants or students may receive education, training or tuition ofevery kind, including dyslexia and other special needs training, and to offer scholarships, exhibitions, prizes and rewards and otherwiseto encourage and assist scholars or students and to do anything calculated in theopinion of the company to encourage, promote or advance education, training andlearning and to provide for scholars, students or others, boarding accommodation,recreational facilities or other amenities and services which in the opinion of thecompany may conveniently be provided in furtherance of the foregoing objects butnot otherwise.
