to apply the income in making annual awards of a sum of money to:-(i) a student from the junior secretarial courses at the college and; (ii) a student from the senior secretarital courses at the college who in the opinion of the trustees shall have achieved the best overall level of performance during the previous academic year within the junior and senior secretarial courses at the college respectively.
