(a) to provide treatment and relief for those suffering from multiple sclerosis in the chelmsford area (b) to provide treatment for those suffering from multiple sclerosis and other related disorders including myalgic encephalomyelitis, cerebral palsy, brain damage, soft tissue injury and stroke, in the chelmsford area, essex generally and the counties adjacent thereto (c) to improve the condition of life of such patients (d) to promote research necessary to find the cause, cure and prevention of multiple sclerosis (e) to publish the results of such research.
