to receive subscriptions donations and to pay donations to one or more of the undermentioned:- a) the masonic trust for girls and boys; b) the royal masonic benevolent institution; c) the royal masonic hospital; and d) any body or institution established for solely charitable purposes, whether masonic or non-masonic, and also to assist freemasons who are members of lodges in the province of suffolk and the wives, widows, children and other dependents of such persons being in need of financial assistance, by making grants or in such other ways as the committee shall think fit.
