(ii) towards the education of persons undertaking training as stud grooms and concerned with the welfare and breeding of horses and poines. (iii) towards the provision of scholarships for education and training of stud managers. (iv) towards the provision of lectures and films of an educational character for the benefit of persons mentioned in this clause.
