1. to apply the trust fund and the trust income in the laying out planting improvement maintenance preservation and upkeep of the trust land as such garden as aforesaid in such manner as the committee shall from time to time direct. 2. to the extent that any part of the trust fund and the trust income shall for the time being not in the opinion of the committee be required for the fulfilment of the primary object declared in subclause (1) the trustees shall hold the same to or for such charitable institution or institutions or othr charitable object or objects in any part ofthe world as the committee shall from time to time in its absolute discretion see fit to support and establish.
